Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr is an IFBB Fitness Pro competitor model and sponsored athlete. She started competing in fitness competitions at the age of 16 after she quit her childhood gymnastics career. After a year, she received her Pro Card at age 17. Ariel Khadr was an IFBB Fitness Pro participant, model, and a sponsored athlete. She first began to participate in fitness events after deciding to end her gymnastics career from childhood. At the age of 17, she was 17 years old she was awarded her professional card. She became one of the oldest IFBB Pro in history. Ariel took six year off from stage life after obtaining Pro-Card to finish her studies at college. Then she came back in the year 2015 and picked up where she previously left off competing in top competitions like the Toronto Pro Supershow, and Mr. Olympia. She participated for a couple of years following her debut with a goal of setting higher standards every year. By the end of 2009 she won four more health titles. Also, she became the youngest IFBB Fitness Pro of all in history (age 17) after she took home the 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Championship. Ariel was able to take 6 years to complete her degree following her Pro Card award. She made a comeback in October 2015 with her first IFBB Fitness Pro debut at Phoenix Europa Games. Phoenix Europa Games. She came in third at the competition. In the summer of 2016 saw her the winner of the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow, and thus qualified to the Fitness Olympia. The Olympian took to the stage a month later, and was crowned 6th place, for the Fitness Division. Ariel was completely no expectations going in she was thrilled with her performance. It is no surprise that Ariel did well given that she was competing with top-of-the-line athletes. Ariel keeps impressing with improvements to her body each year. Ariel prefers to exercise her back. Her typical back workout consists of bent-over rows, single-arm lat pull-downs, with a machine. and seated rows. It is common to warm up first, followed by an actual exercise. Ariel uses her time efficiently. One way to achieve this is to superset the back exercises she does. Three or four supersets with 10--12 reps are completed.
